Noah Oppenheim is the Principal of Homarus Strategies, a consulting firm that supports fishing & seafood businesses, governments, and other resource-dependent communities as they navigate complex policy issues. Homarus works with clients of all sizes to put theory into practice with resource and community sustainability as primary motivators. Oppenheim is the Project Manager for Energy Efficient Fisheries, a Massachusetts project funded by the US Congress developing an industry-led plan for fuel efficiency, emissions reductions, and charting a path towards the green energy future for fishing and seafood businesses. He also focuses on developing financial tools to deliver low-cost capital for fishing vessel electrification projects.
